  • Physical damage from outside sources
  • Damage from misuse of products (including falls, extreme temperatures, water, and improper operation)
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Items that have exceeded their warranty period
  • Non quality-related issues
  • Free products

2. When does the warranty begin?

The warranty begins on the day you place your order.

3. How do I claim the warranty?

Before submitting a warranty claim, please refer to the specific FAQs for your product and attempt all troubleshooting suggestions.

4. What is a valid proof of purchase?

  • For official online store orders or e-receipts, please show the order details in the app. Screenshot images are not accepted.
  • A dated sales receipt from an authorized Olloes reseller showing the product description and price.

5. What if I don’t have any proof of purchase?

  • If you purchased through an authorized Olloes reseller, you may contact the reseller to request a copy of your receipt.

6. Will the warranty be renewed if my product is replaced?

The warranty continues from the date of your original purchase and will not be renewed after a replacement has been provided.
